ISO 9001 Internal Quality Audit

Effective internal quality auditing is key to the success of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. The internal quality auditor responsibility in ISO 9001:2000 extends beyond compliance to include verifying that the quality system does indeed provide for customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
