Application of Statistical Quality Control in Laboratories I

 

 

What do you use to ensure error-free measurements and results? How do you protect results from personal, method, and instrument errors/biases? This training course aims at providing the laboratory worker with the statistical background and tools to control and assure quality in the laboratory. The application of statistical methods is often required by regulatory or accreditation organizations. Each statistical method shall be clearly explained and its application demonstrated through lab examples. Participants will learn how to use scientific calculators to apply basic statistical techniques, and will be acquainted with the application of selected software.
