that prepares participants to become Certified Quality Managers (CQMgr)
by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). The program consists of
intensive training and preparation for the CQMgr certification
examination. The training duration, which is determined based on the
assessment of participants background, may be distributed in such a way
to accommodate participants' workload and work schedules and will cover
all elements of the body of knowledge (BOK) for quality management. The BOK for quality
management covers organizational leadership, teamwork, strategy
development and deployment, quality management tools, customer focus,
supplier relationship, principles of management, and training and
professional development.
CQA professional
certification program is highly recommended to organization leaders and
managers in general, as well as quality managers, project managers,
improvement team leaders, and all those responsible for effectively
