Consultants (GLC) provides a complete professional development program
that prepares participants to become Certified Quality Auditors (CQA)
by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). The program consists of
intensive training and preparation for the CQA certification
examination. The training duration, which is determined based on the
assessment of participants background, may be distributed in such a way
to accommodate participants' workload and work schedules and will cover
all elements of the body of knowledge (BOK) for quality auditing. The BOK for quality
auditing covers protocols, principles, and techniques of auditing,
auditing cycle, audit program management, as well as the auditor role of
ensuring system compliance and continuous improvement.
Participants
will gain the knowledge and skill of conducting different types of
audits, planning and executing the audit within the defined scope,
documenting and communicating the audit results, and selecting and using
quality and auditing tools and techniques.
CQA professional
certification program is highly recommended to all of those responsible
for auditing quality systems such as internal and external quality
audit, including audits required by ISO 9001:2000.
