Gulf Lead Consultants (GLC) provides a complete professional development program that prepares participants to become Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).  The program provides a complete understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) improvement model and a thorough understanding of teams, systems, and improvement tools.  Participants will have the opportunity to have completed two work-related projects.  Completion of such projects, in addition to being a requirement for certification, is an added benefit to the organization.  In addition, participants who complete the program will learn more about Six Sigma philosophies, tools, and supporting structure; understanding of project management principles; leadership and team dynamics; thorough understanding of continuous improvement and the DMAIC model in addition to other continuous improvement tools and techniques.  The program consists of an intensive four week training over four-to-six months period to accommodate the completion of two projects per team.  Training for team leaders and members will be provided by the instructors as well as mentoring the deployment of the different projects.  Upon successful completion of the projects, GLC will provide affidavits that are used for registration for CSSBB certification examination by ASQ.  GLC will also provide certificates of completion to all participants as six sigma black belts.
