Gulf Lead Consultants (GLC) provides a complete professional development program that prepares participants to become Certified Quality Engineers (CQE) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). The program consists of intensive training and preparation for the CQE certification examination.  The training duration, which is determined based on the assessment of participants background, may be distributed in such a way to accommodate participants' workload and work schedules and will cover all elements of the body of knowledge (BOK) for quality engineering. The BOK for quality engineering covers the different topics of development and operation of quality control systems, application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures, the ability to use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices, an understanding of human factors and motivation, facility with quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems and to audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.

Participants will gain understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, audit process, customer and stakeholder satisfaction, problem solving and quality and management improvement tools and techniques, reliability and maintainability, among other topics.

CQE professional certification program is highly recommended to all of those responsible for the assessment and control of quality and quality improvement programs including operations/process engineers, quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality team members, and continuous quality improvement coordinators.
