There are several internationally known excellence/ quality models/ schemes/ programs that provide an invaluable tool for organizations to evaluate their performance based on best practices and organization excellence criteria.

GLC consultancy services include organization diagnostic via document and field audit, as well as meetings/workshops to assess the organization’s compliance with excellence models.

GLC will serve as internal auditors for your organization and benchmark your business structure, strategy, and performance; and submit a recommendation report with identified opportunities/areas for improvement.

The reference excellence models used are:

1.     BNQA for Business, Health Care, and Education organizations.

2.     Service First for organizations with public services.

GLC will follow the following approach:

1.    Project Initiation:  GLC will conduct awareness sessions for top management and line managers to generate support for the project and encourage cooperation. The detail of the audit process shall also be explained.

2.    Auditing. GLC consultants will examine the existing business model for your organization in reference to the selected excellence model. Audit input include observations, document/records examination, and interview with selected employees. Appropriate audit records shall be developed, as appropriate.

3.    Recommendations. GLC consultants will submit an audit report that details the findings during the audits and recommendations for improvement. The audit report shall reflect "best practices" by benchmarking your model against world class organizations.
