Production, Inventory, & Logistics

GLC services include assisting organizations to improve their production, inventory, supplies, and logistics. This includes:

1.      Production Planning and Control. GLC consultants utilize various tools in this area to assist client in demand forecasting, aggregate planning, material requirement planning, just in time production strategy, lean manufacturing, scheduling and inventory control. 2.      Distribution and Warehousing. GLC consultants may analyze and improve a client’s distribution and warehousing system in order to resolve specific problems or explore some improvement and/or expansion potentials.
