Consultant – Quality and Organization Development
Gulf Lead Consultants (GLC), a leading industrial and management
consultancy and training company in Kuwait is looking for a Consultant
in Quality and Organization Development (e.g. ISO management system
standards, customer relationship management, Strategic Planning) with the following
requirements.
Qualifications
-
Minimum Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or
similar area.
-
Strong
quantitative capabilities especially in statistics and economics.
-
Minimum 8 years work experience of which at least 5 years experience
as consultant and trainer (Proven consultant/trainer track record).
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-
Fluent
English and Arabic both Oral and Writing.
-
Excellent presentation skills.
-
Proficient in project management and team leadership.
-
Eagerness to work in a continuous learning environment.
-
Preferred:
Familiarity/work experience in oil
industry and government.
Familiarity/work experience in safety.
Competitive
